Task Scheduling

Dear KLOUDIP Team,

We want all tasks handled 100% accurate with effect from 1st November:

1) Technicians need to attend to tasks only if they are fully ready with worksheets/vehicles added by 3:30pm previous business day. If not fully ok do not attend.

2) Technicians must carry out Pre Inspection, post inspection, get customer signature and sign worksheet, Start/Stop task player and mark time sheets.
Accounts will not pay for incomplete tasks by next day 10:00am.

3) All tasks must be closed by TECH team next business day before 5:00pm.

4) Stores will not issue products for new tasks when the coordinator has old tasks incomplete for more than 1 business day.

5) Dushmanthi must audit tasks daily for 100% accuracy:
-Tasks information must be completed before 3:00pm.
-Confirmation mail to customer sent by 3:00pm. Then call and reconfirm with the customer or if not, the job is cancelled by 3:30pm.
-Next day, update customers of task status and update the active list.
-Log all useful information and any verbal communication.
If any issue non compiling above 4 points inform Shamendri and must block whoever not complied, block from attending to new tasks until everything is updated properly.

THIS REMAINS INFORCE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
