Drivers Module (Version 1)

The Drivers Module allows you to create driver profiles, manage driver details, and assign drivers to vehicles.

Accessing the Drivers Module

1. Navigate to the My Organization page.
2. Click the Drivers tab to view the list of all created drivers and their currently assigned vehicles.

Managing Existing Drivers

Viewing Actions

• Hover your mouse over any driver row to reveal available actions.

Editing a Driver

• Click the Edit icon to update driver details or change the assigned vehicle.

Deleting a Driver

• Click the Recycle Bin icon to delete the driver from the system.

Adding a New Driver

1. Click the Add New Driver button located at the top right corner of the Drivers page.
2. Enter the following details:
   • Driver Name
   • Unique ID (Optional)
   • Phone Number
   • DL Number (Optional)
   • Device/Vehicle Assignment
     • Use the dropdown list to select a vehicle and assign it to the driver.

Live Map Integration

• On the Live Map page, each device card displays the driver currently operating the vehicle.
• Hover over the driver icon to view the driver’s name and phone number.

We are working on the next phase of the Drivers Module, which will introduce automatic driver identification using NFC, BLE Tags, iButton, or the Trazet mobile app.
